The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is a mandatory body established in organizations and educational institutions under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Its primary role is to prevent, prohibit and address sexual harassment complaints within the workplace or institution.
