Ahalia School of Management (ASM), a part of Ahalia Health, Heritage and Knowledge Village (AHHKV), is situated in a sprawling self-sustaining and eco-friendly campus in the valleys of stunning and picturesque Western Ghats, off the National Highway, between Kanjikode and Walayar. The integrated campus, one of the best in the country, is a perfect blend of nature, technology and arts. ASM has proven to be one of the best management schools, providing quality education to students. ASM offers a two-year industry-integrated MBA with dual specializations in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Systems, International Business, Tourism & Hospitality Management. ASM also offers a two-year MBA – Health Care Management (HCM) course, the only B-School affiliated to the University of Calicut offering this course. Healthcare sector in India is growing rapidly and ASM prepares students for leadership roles in the healthcare industry. 

The uniqueness of our programs is that we focus on an industry- integrated pedagogy. With this objective in mind, we commence every academic batch with a two-week pre-orientation program, prior to the actual commencement of the MBA program prescribed by AICTE & University of Calicut. The pre-orientation program is designed to familiarize students with the expectations of the industry from new-generation managers and to equip them to take full advantage of the curriculum and facilities available to them.

We have an excellent placement and training cell headed by industry experts and experienced international trainers and coaches. Soft skill training, mock interviews, interpersonal skill development sessions are done on a regular basis. ASM prepares the students to take up challenges in their professional careers through systematic course delivery methods incorporating learner-centered approaches like case study and presentation, live projects, out-bound training programs, participation in seminars, role-plays, executive-grooming programs and in-basket exercises. Communication being an essential skill of a manager, thrust is given to increase their proficiency in English by providing soft skills training and language lab classes. “A Day with CEO” program, industrial visits and talks by experts with experience in industry help the students in their transformation from campus to corporate and entrepreneurship, and their ability in applying the theoretical concepts in handling situations, whether it is complex, uncertain or critical. ASM offers industrial interaction and training and also fosters entrepreneurial development and startup programs. Special emphasis is given for soft skills with language lab and event management exposures.
