Ahalia School of Management has hosted a dynamic and inspiring Awareness Session on YIP 9.0 on 17 September 2026 at the ASM Seminar Hall. Jointly organized by the K-DISC and the Young Innovators Programme (YIP), the session created a vibrant platform for nurturing creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among students. The program commenced at 12:30 PM with a gracious welcome address by the Principal and Director (Prof. Dr. B. Vijayachandran Pillai) of Ahalia School of Management, who warmly introduced the esteemed resource person and highlighted the significance of innovation-driven learning in shaping future-ready professionals. Mr. Kiran Dev M, YIP District Coordinator, Palakkad, delivered an illuminating and engaging presentation on YIP 9.0. He elaborated on the objectives, opportunities, participation process and strategic roadmap of the programme, encouraging students to identify real-world challenges and transform their ideas into meaningful and innovative solutions. He motivated the students in developing innovative ideas and preparing plans for future entrepreneurship. The interactive nature of the session provided students with valuable exposure to the possibilities offered through YIP and encouraged them to look beyond conventional approaches towards innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurial action. The enthusiasm and active engagement of the participants added further vibrancy to the programme. The enriching session concluded at 1:30 PM, following which Ms. Aswathy, first Sem. MBA student delivered the vote of thanks.
