As part of the Universal Human Values (UHV) Programme, an expert session was conducted by Mr. Reynold Scaria, Founder & Managing Director, Thanima Farm Life, Nalleppully, Palakkad, on 3 August 2026 @ Ahalia School of Management. The session provided students with valuable insights into entrepreneurship, farm-based business operations and the practical aspects of managing an enterprise. As part of the session, a case study presentation was assigned to the students and the team demonstrating the best performance was offered an opportunity to participate in a Day-Out Programme at Thanima Farm Life.

The case study presentations were conducted on 14 August 2026 in the presence of faculty members. The MIND LEADERS team comprising Krishna S, Swetha R, Neha Susan, Aiswarya P, Nayana V T, Fausiya S, Sradha S and Rahila secured the First Position for their excellent presentation, creativity, effective teamwork and overall performance. Accordingly, the eight students accompanied by Ms. T. Ashi-tha, Faculty Member, Ahalia School of Management, participated in the Day-Out Programme at Thanima Farm Life on 23 September 2026. The Day-Out Programme provided the students with an engaging opportunity to explore the farm premises and gain practical exposure to farm life and entrepreneurial activities. The experience encouraged them to understand the importance of teamwork, leadership, sustainability and experiential learning beyond the class-room. It also served as a meaningful extension of the expert session and project presentation, enabling the students to celebrate their achievement while strengthening team spirit and interpersonal relationships. The programme concluded on a positive note, with the students expressing their appreciation for the valuable learning experience provided by Thanima Farm Life.
