IEDC Orientation

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) of Ahalia School of Management organised an orientation programme for the first-year MBA students of the 2026–2028 batch on 9 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the ASM Seminar Hall. The programme was conducted by IEDC members to familiarise students with the centre’s vision, mission, activities and entrepreneurial opportunities.
The orientation aimed to create awareness about innovation, entrepreneurship and practical business development opportunities among MBA students. The programme introduced students to the various initiatives and events organised by IEDC and encouraged them to explore innovative ideas, develop an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborate with like-minded peers. The session also highlighted the importance of creativity, teamwork, problem-solving and translating business ideas into practical solutions. Through this initiative, students were encouraged to actively participate in IEDC activities and make use of the platform to develop their managerial, entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

The orientation programme helped introduce the objectives and opportunities of IEDC to the incoming MBA batch and encouraged students to engage in innovation-driven activities, entrepreneurial initiatives, and collaborative learning.

The IEDC Orientation Programme served as an introductory platform for the 2026–2028 MBA batch to understand the role of IEDC in fostering innovation, entrepreneurship and experiential learning at Ahalia School of Management.
