The Ahalia School of Management, as part of the institution’s commitment to enhance the employability and industry readiness of our MBA students a Mock Interview was conducted on 20 June 2025 @ 9.30 a.m. The primary objective of this initiative was to provide students with a realistic experience of an interview set-up and equip them with practical feedback to improve their performance in actual recruitment scenarios. It also aims to assess students’ communication skills, confidence, domain knowledge &  presentation and provide constructive feedback, identify areas for improvement and to familiarize students with interview expectations in business sectors. The interview Panel consisted of the Principal & Director and all faculty members. Each student underwent around 15-20 minutes interview session. The interview included HR Round (General introduction, career aspirations, strengths), Domain Questions, Situational / Behavioural Questions (based on case scenarios) and current affairs.
