ASPIRE 2K26- INAUGURATION OF MBA 2026-28 BATCH

Ahalia School of Management (ASM) formally welcomed the newly admitted MBA 2026–2028 Batch through ASPIRE 2026 – MBA Batch Inauguration & Student Induction Programme on 29 July 2026. The programme marked the beginning of the students’ academic journey and provided an opportunity to familiarise them with the institution, academic environment and professional learning opportunities. The programme began with student registration, followed by the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and prayer. Dr. Padmaavathy PA., Associate Professor delivered the Welcome Address, extending greetings to the students, distinguished guests, faculty members and alumni.

The Presidential Address was delivered by Prof. Dr. B. Vijayachandran Pillai, Principal & Director, ASM, who highlighted the historical background of the MBA programme, its unique attractions and potential employment opportunities. He also motivated the students to remain committed to academic excellence, professional development and responsible participation throughout their MBA journey. The profile of the Chief Guest, CA Sivadas Chettoor, Senior Chartered Accountant & Financial Consultant and Managing Partner, Sivadas C & Company, was presented by Ms. Ashitha T., Assistant Professor. The Chief Guest delivered the inaugural address, sharing valuable professional perspectives on business, finance, professional responsibilities and the expectations of the corporate world. The programme was further enriched by felicitations Dr. P.R. Suresh, Principal, ASET and Ms. Jyostna Jayan, Alumni Association Representative. Their presence added institutional, academic and alumni perspectives to the occasion and emphasized the importance of collaborative engagement in student development. Academic Excellence Awards were also presented, motivating students to pursue high standards of academic achievement. The formal session concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Ms. Jyothis Rachel Mathews, Assistant Professor, followed by the National Anthem, marking the dignified conclusion of the inauguration programme and the formal beginning of the Student Induction Programme for the MBA 2026–2028 Batch. The student’s kit was also distributed among the newly admitted students during the session.
