The Management Mastery Series online session on the theme “Sustainability and Society” was conducted by ASM on 18 December 2025 between 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm.  The talk was led by Mr. Ajith Sankar R. N, who served as the resource person. The program focused on the importance of sustainability in modern management practices and its impact on society. He elaborated on the role of organizations and managers in promoting sustainable development, ethical decision-making and social responsibility. Through practical examples and insightful discussions, the session highlighted how sustainable practices contribute to long-term organizational success and societal well-being. The Second Management Mastery Series session on the theme “From Campus to Corporate” was conducted by ASM on 10 January 2026 from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm.  Dr. Padmaavathy PA., has been served as the resource person for the session. The program aimed to prepare students for a smooth transition from academic life to the corporate world. She shared valuable insights on workplace expectations, professional behaviour, skill development and adapting to organizational culture. The session emphasized the importance of communication skills, teamwork, time management and continuous learning for career success. The session was interactive and informative, providing practical guidance and motivation to the participants. Overall, the program was highly beneficial and helped students gain clarity and confidence in facing corporate challenges.
