The Management Mastery Series online session on the theme “Sustainability and Society” was conducted by ASM on 18 December 2025 between 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm.  The talk was led by Mr. Ajith Sankar R. N, who served as the resource person. The program focused on the importance of sustainability in modern management practices and its impact on society. He elaborated on the role of organizations and managers in promoting sustainable development, ethical decision-making and social responsibility. Through practical examples and insightful discussions, the session highlighted how sustainable practices contribute to long-term organizational success and societal well-being. The session was informative and engaging, enabling participants to gain a better understanding of sustainability concepts and their relevance in today’s business environment. Overall, the program was highly beneficial and enriched the managerial perspective of the participants.
