As part of personality development programme (evening session) ASM organized a Group Discussion session on 04/07/2024. The principal and Director Prof .Dr. B. Vijayachandran Pillai served as the moderator for the session. 18 students from first and second year MBA general and HCM participated. The topic of GD was “Is it necessary to increase the age limit from 18 to 21 for getting driving license”. The session was organized in four phases. 1. Preparation – students were briefed about the topic and given time for formulating their points. 2. Individual presentation. 3. Group Discussion – A moderated discussion was conducted in which students exchanged their views with different perspectives. 4. Report writing. The session was concluded report summarizing a collective outcome of the discussion. The students actively participated and benefited from the activity. The best performers of the session were Ms. Nithya Menon and Mr. Rohith K M. The session was concluded by the moderator with his observations and points for improvements
