Under the initiative of Ahalia School of Management, a Personality Development Programme was conducted on 20 May 2026 from 12.00 PM to 2.00 PM as part of the Padippura Camp jointly organized by Malayala Manorama and Ahalia Heritage Village at Heritage Koothambalam. The programme was organized for school students with the objective of enhancing their confidence, communication skills, leadership qualities and overall personality development. The session was monitored and coordinated by Dr. Manju M, Assistant Professor, Ahalia School of Management, with the active coordination and support of first-year MBA students.
The programme included a variety of interactive and engaging activities designed to encourage student participation and learning. The session began with a brief self-introduction activity that helped students interact freely and build confidence. A General Knowledge Quiz Competition was conducted to improve awareness, thinking ability and teamwork among the students. In addition, different personality development activities and management games were organized to strengthen communication skills, leadership abilities, team spirit, decision-making skills and interpersonal relationships among the students. Officials from the Malayala Manorama group and members of the Ahalia Heritage Village team were also present during the programme. The students actively participated in all the activities with great enthusiasm and enjoyment, making the session lively and successful. The programme concluded at 2.00 PM with positive feedback from the participants.
