Ahalia School of Management (ASM), Palakkad, organized a Placement Information Drive in association with Nextenti Tech Private Ltd. on 23 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The programme was conducted with the objective of providing students with career opportunities in the healthcare sector and facilitating their interaction with a reputed recruitment network. The Principal and Director, Prof. Dr B.Vijayachandran Pillai extended a cordial welcome and expressed appreciation for the collaboration between ASM and Nextenti in supporting student placements and career development initiatives.

Mr. Ajay Gosh from Nextenti delivered an informative presentation on Nextenti and its role in connecting talented graduates with healthcare organizations across the country. He explained that Nextenti operates an extensive network of more than 2,000 employers exclusively within the healthcare industry. Through its unique recruitment platform, students who register with the company are profiled and circulated among prospective employers. Candidates are subsequently shortlisted and selected based on their academic merit, skills, and overall performance during the recruitment process. The session provided students with valuable insights into current employment trends, recruitment practices, and career opportunities available in the healthcare management sector. Mr. Gosh also highlighted the importance of professional competence, communication skills, and industry readiness in securing successful placements. A total of 29 students actively participated in the placement drive. The students interacted enthusiastically during the session, seeking clarifications regarding registration procedures, employer expectations, career pathways, and placement opportunities available through the Nextenti network. The informatory session concluded at 3:45 p.m. with a formal Vote of Thanks proposed by Mr. Ajith Sankar, Placement Coordinator, ASM.
