The programme commenced with welcome address by Principal & Director (Prof.) Dr. B Vijayachandran Pil-lai. He talked about the promising opportunities in the banking sector, especially through the prestigious State Bank of India Probationary Officer (SBI-PO) recruitment pathway.The session was led by Mr.Vinodh Kumar, Chief General Manager (Deposit & VAS), Regional Business Office, Palakkad, an experienced banking professional mentor, who shared detailed insights into the roles, responsibilities, recruitment process and career growth associated with the SBI-PO position. The talk was attended by students who aspire to build a stable and dynamic career in the public sector. The speaker emphasized that the SBI-PO position is one of the most prestigious roles in the banking sector, offering not just a secure job but also a platform for learning and leadership.
