Ahalia School of Management, Palakkad actively participated in Janolsavam 2026, held from 27th to 29th March 2026 at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi. The event was organized in association with the State Government of Delhi and supported by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The programme aimed to celebrate India’s cultural diversity and provide a national platform for students to showcase their talents and managerial abilities.  A team of 13 students from Ahalia School of Management participated in the event under the guidance of faculty coordinators namely Mr. Arun Kumar and Dr. Manju M. The students contributed not only in cultural activities but also in event coordination, gaining valuable exposure to large-scale event management and inter-institutional collaboration. During the three-day programme, students were actively involved in coordinating cultural performances, managing participants, assisting in registration and supporting logistical arrangements. This exposure helped students understand real-time challenges in event planning, communication, crowd management and coordination.

The participation provided students with an opportunity to interact with participants from various institutions and leading professionals in the film industry and cultural performers across Kerala, thereby enhancing their teamwork, leadership and organizational skills. The event also enabled them to observe and learn from the execution of a large-scale national cultural festival. The participation of Ahalia School of Management in Janolsavam 2026 was highly beneficial and enriching. The programme contributed significantly to experiential learning, improved managerial competencies and enhanced the institutional visibility of Ahalia School of Management at the national level.
