The ASM has arranged a Skill Development Programme on Problem Solving skills for MBA students on 20 May 2024 at 02.00 pm. Prof (Dr) B. Vijayachandran Pillai (Principal and Director, ASM) introduced the Resource Person and welcomed to the session. Mr. Shaan Ali, Founder and Director, Career Route Academy, Cherpulasserry served as the resource person for the session. It was an interactive session by dividing the students into five groups. He has given a brief about the topic and discussed some practical problems in the area of Service marketing in a case study model. One student from each group presented their ideas/solutions and thereafter, he has given certain tips on how to solve the problems. The students clarified their queries. Finally, Ms. Jyothis Rachel Mathews proposed the vote of thanks to the Resource Person and all the participants. The session came to an end at 04.00pm.
