The Day 2 session of the Skill and Personality Development Programme was conducted on 18 August 2026 at the ASM Seminar Hall with Mr. A. Akhilesh, Skill Development Executive, ASAP Govt. of Kerala as the resource person. The session commenced at 9.30 AM and focused on strengthening the employability and professional skills of the students.

The major activities covered during the session were Group Discussion, Interview Skills and Resume Writing through Mock Sessions. The Group Discussion activity provided students with an opportunity to improve their communication, critical thinking, teamwork and ability to express ideas confidently. The session on Interview Skills familiarized students with im-portant techniques for attending interviews, including effective communication, body lan-guage, confidence and appropriate responses. The Resume Writing and Mock Sessions provided hands-on practice in preparing effective resumes and participating in simulated recruitment situations. The interactive and practical nature of the programme encouraged active participation among students and helped them gain greater confidence in facing future placement and career opportunities. Overall, the Day 2 session was highly informative, engaging and beneficial for the students’ career and personality development.
