The ASM celebrated the World Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Day on 28 June 2024 @ 3.00 p.m. The programme started with a prayer followed by welcome address by Ms. Anaswara (IV Sem. Student). Prof. (Dr.) B Vijayachandran Pillai (Principal & Director, ASM) presided over the function. In his presidential address, he has narrated the role of MSMEs for the entrepreneurship profession among youth especially for marginalised group. He also explained the significance of MSMEs in the economic and social development of our country in general and Kerala in particular.
Mr. K. K. Babu, Entrepreneur, Sreerama Scaffoldings Pvt. Ltd, Kanjikode, Palakkad was the resource person in the session. He delivered a talk on Entrepreneurial Motivation for MBA Students. He shared his experience during the course of his entrepreneurship. Also narrated the issues confronted during his profession in an interactive style. Finally, he provided certain tips to students for attracting to the field of entrepreneurship. The students asked certain queries and clarified. The session came to an end with the vote of thanks by Ms. Shahala Nasri @4.30.p.m.
