Ahalia School of Management celebrated International Boss Day on 16 October 2023 at ASM auditorium from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. The event started with a prayer song by First Semester MBA students. Ms. Manju, Assistant Professor welcomed the participants and narrated the objectives of celebrating International Boss Day in work place. Prof. (Dr.) B .Vijayachandran Pillai, Principal and Director, ASM served as Resource person and delivered a talk on the role of Boss in employee performance. In his talk, he has explained certain key strategies to motivate the employees for enhancing their performance. He has suggested suitable leadership style for the purpose. Thereafter, felicitations are offered by the different faculties/employees from ASM and Other institutions through online and offline mode. Dr.K. Manivannan (Associate Professor) and Ms. Manju M. (Assistant Professor) provided felicitations through offline mode and others offered through video session. The vote of thanks was given by Prof. B Vijayachandran Pillai. The event came to an end @4.30 pm.
