ASM celebrated World Standards Day on 13th October 2023 at ASM seminar hall at 2.00 p.m. Ms. Navya Mahesh welcomed the audience. The formal inauguration was done by Principal and Director Prof.Dr. B. Vijayachandran Pillai. In his presidential cum inaugural address, he stressed the need and importance of celebrating World Standards Day. Ms. Manju M delivered a talk on standardization in the telecom industry. Students were divided into four groups and they presented with different topics such as ISO, ITU and IEC and different standards in the global economy. Vote of thanks was proposed by Ms.Ahla Ibrahim Rawther. The programme came to an end at 4.30 p.m.
