Certificate Distribution Ceremony for Skill Enhancement Programme.

The Certificate Distribution Ceremony for the Skill Enhancement Programme was held on 17 July 2026 at 2.00 p.m. in the Ahalia School of Management (ASM) Seminar hall. The programme was organized to recognize and appreciate the successful completion of the Skill Enhancement Programme by the MBA students, rein-forcing the institution’s commitment to holistic professional development.  The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Padmaavathy.PA., Associ-ate Professor, Ahalia School of Management, who welcomed the Chief Guest, Principal & Director, faculty members, students and other dignitaries. In her address, she highlighted the significance of skill enhancement programmes in equipping management students with industry- relevant competencies and improving their employability.

   The programme was graced by Sri K. Madhavan Unni, IRS (Retd.), Advisor (Administration), IIT Palakkad, as the Chief Guest.   Prof. (Dr.) B. Vijayachandran Pillai, Principal & Director, Ahalia School of Management, presided over the function and delivered the Presidential Address. He congratulated the students on successfully completing the programme and emphasized the importance of continuous learning, professional ethics, leadership, communication and lifelong skill development in building successful management careers. The Chief Guest congratulated the students on their achievement and appreciated Ahalia School of Management for organizing initiatives that bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. Drawing from his vast administrative experience, he encouraged the students to cul-tivate discipline, integrity, adaptability and a spirit of continuous improvement to excel in their professional and personal lives.

The highlight of the programme was the distribution of certificates by the Chief Guest to the students who had successfully completed the Skill Enhancement Programmes. The occasion marked the culmination of the students’ dedicated efforts and recognized their commitment to developing essential professional competencies. The ceremony concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. Jyothis Rachel Mathews, Faculty, Ahalia School of Management. She also acknowledged the efforts of everyone involved in organizing the programme and making the event a memorable success.
