The formal inauguration of the induction program on Universal Human Values for 1st Semester MBA students was done by the Principal & Director, ASM on 2nd November 2021. The first session on “MBA program and ASM- Unique Attractions” has been handled by Prof. Dr. B. Vijayachandran Pillai (Principal & Director, ASM). On the second day, a topic on Library Services was discussed by Mrs. Sanitha A. (Librarian, ASM). The second session on the same day on the topic Marketing of Professional Services was been taken by Mr. Rakesh P. Prabhakar (Administrator, ASM). On the third day the topics of (a) Medical Ethics & (b) Team Management were discussed by the ASM faculties, Dr. Aashna Sidhic and Mrs. Jisha O. on 8th November 2021. On fourth day, the first session on Patient Satisfaction was handled by Mrs. Akhila Babu and the second session on the topic HR Values was discussed by Dr. Sangeetha P., faculty of ASM. On the fifth day the topics of (a) Communication and (b) Financial Ethics were discussed by Dr. S. N. Jagadeesh and CA Anil K. C. respectively. On sixth day the topic on (a) Self Confidence and (b) Insight About Inside were discussed. The resource persons were Dr. Krishna Kumar Kishor (Executive Director, Academics) and Dr. S. Gunasekharan (HoD CSE, ASET).
C.A Ajith Sivadas handled a session on Emerging Trends in Accounting /Finance on the seventh day. On the same day the second session was handled by Dr. Sangeetha P. on the topic Management Games. On eighth day the first session was handled by Ms. Rinsy on the topic Counseling – Need of the Hour. The topic of Soft Skills for Professional Excellence has been discussed by Prof. Dr. B Vijayachandran Pillai (Principal & Director, ASM) in the second session. On ninth day the topics of (a) Need of English in Management & (b) Stress Management were discussed by Ms. Jini, (faculty of ASCM) and Dr. Sumina, Medical Officer, AAMCH. The last day sessions were handled by E. P. B. Rajithan (Manager Statutory Affaires, AHHKV) and Dr. Vijayakumar Varma (Director, Ahalia Heritage Village) on the topics of Service Management and Hospital Services. In the afternoon a feedback session was also arranged to collect the response of the students about the programme.
