The ASM has observed The World No Tobacco Day on 31 May 2024 at 3.00 p.m. The programme was formally inaugurated by Prof. (Dr) B. Vijayachandran Pillai (Principal and Director, ASM). During his inaugural address, he has narrated the relevance of celebrating the World No Tobacco Day and the evil effects of Tobacco use. The Theme of the day was presented by Ms. Sana Abid and Mr. Abhineeth. Thereafter, a competition was organized among students in presenting posters and reels showing the message of the day. The students were divided into five groups for the activity. A total of five posters and five reels (five groups) were presented during celebrations. The fourth team secured first prize in the presentation of both the posters and reels. The compering work was performed by Ms.Anjali and Ms. Hisana Nazrin. Finally, the session came to an end at 4.15 with a formal vote of thanks by Ms. Nanadana Suresh.
